|Why do you charge a shipping/delivery fee?
|Let's be honest. Nothing in life is free, and everyone charges for shipping.
The strategy of offering "free shipping" is an illusion. In fact, product pricing is increased to cover the cost of "free shipping". The reality is, the perceived savings are typically passed to the purchaser through inflated product pricing. Retailers offering "free shipping" should instead be calling it "shipping included" pricing.
Although we understand consumers view "free shipping" as the top incentive for choosing an online shopping site, we would rather be transparent with our pricing. Compare our $100 gift plus delivery to another company's $100 gift with free shipping. You will find we offer a superior gift, filled with outstanding gourmet products, with a much greater value, a much better quality and excellent customer service.

|Do I have to pay sales tax?
|Unless you provide a tax exempt certificate, we are required to collect sales tax..

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
If you placed your order by phone or email:
Request a receipt be sent to you via email at the time you place your order.
If you didn't do so, please call 908-272-3737 or contact us at [email protected] and request one be emailed to you.
We do not send receipts through texts or mail hard copies. We apologize for the inconvenience.
|When will my credit appear on my account?
|Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time the credit is issued.
|When will my credit card be charged?
|If you place your order online, your card will be charged at that time.
If you place your order by phone or email your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your gift.
