How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my delivery/shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add your gift selection to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

"Hand Delivery" is strictly limited to the towns listed. Please do not select "hand delivery" for a town not listed. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call 908-272-3737.

Non-wine/spirits gifts being delivered in-state to areas outside our local "hand delivery" zone will be shipped via our trusted third-party courier. Your gift will be carefully packaged in a box for transportation. The cost is the same as UPS but it is a more personalized service. There are very few in-state areas where our courier does not deliver.

Wine/spirits gifts not eligible for "hand delivery" MUST be shipped via UPS. By law, gifts containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult over the age of 21. UPS charges an additional fee for this mandatory service which you will see reflected at checkout.

All gifts being sent out of state, or not in our courier zone, will be shipped via UPS or USPS.(Note: We cannot ship wine/spirits to certain states. Please call 908-272-3737 with any questions.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate delivery method based on various factors including gift items, cost, distance, weather, proximity, timeliness or public access.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

What if I want to edit my account informaiton?
  If you would like to change your phone number, billing or shipping addresses, or email address you may do so by logging into your account.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Many gifts are sent out the same day they are ordered (with the exception of holiday times).   All gifts are made and go out from our Clark NJ retail location.  We do not provide delivery confirmation,  You will be notified if there is are any delivery issues.
